Join a six-week, studio-based dive into Pilobolus’s core practices—improvisation, partnering, and collaborative choreography as part of the Everybody Dances @ Yale Schwarzman Center series. Each session blends a playful warm-up, skill labs, and a fast composition, ending with a brief share.
Drop-ins are welcome any week, and the series is designed to build progressively for those who attend regularly. FREE! Open to adults and people under 15 when accompanied by an adult.
This class will develop the following areas of practice:

Physical listening
Partnering literacy
Weight-sharing, counterbalance, and trustGroup composition tools
Structure, editing, and clarityEnsemble skills
Communication, consent, and creative leadership
Taught by Reneé Jaworski, Emily Kent, and Matt Kent (instructors vary by class).
Class is held on Sundays from 11 AM–12:30 PM:
