Designed for seniors of all mobility levels, Bounce Back combines gentle movement, balance exercises, and practical skills to help you move with greater confidence and peace of mind.

8-week class series: March 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Held at New Milford Fitness and Aquatics Club (NMFAC), 130 Grove St., New Milford, CT (Membership to the club is not required for participation.

About Our Collaborative Partner
Pilobolus’s Bounce Back class series was created by Pilobolus’s Education Director Emily Kent and Anyone Can Move®’s Judith Sachs.
With a background in both performance and healthcare, Judith Sachs uses her expertise and passion for both fields to help people gain mobility and comfort in their bodies through her adaptive movement program, Anyone Can Move, based in Philadelphia, PA.
Her certifications include Dance for PD® teacher, Philadelphia; Parkinson's Foundation COE Grantee for her innovative therapy program, 2020, 2021; CLOSE CONTACT for COUPLES® with PD, in collaboration with Penn Medicine and the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, the Cleveland Clinic, Las Vegas, 2025.

Bounce Back is an 8-week progressive series of classes. Students can drop in anytime, but we suggest that they attend as many of the classes as possible to learn and practice all the techniques.

All levels of mobility are welcome. The class will have four modifiable sections:
seated warm-up
standing strength and agility
floor work on the mats
falling practice onto varying levels of the crash mat

All tools are provided! Feel free to bring a water. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
